Meadowlarks Motorcycle Club, Inc. is a non-profit organization and requires membership in order to take advantage of club facilities.
To cultivate good fellowship; to promote motocross as a sport and a hobby; to encourage the proper use of maintenance of motorcycles and quads; to create a favorable impression of motocross riders among the general public; to perpetuate itself as a fraternal organization and provide for its direction.

Applicant must be at least 21 years of age

Fill out the application ($25 of the $75 application fee must accompany the application, the $25 is returned if you are not accepted into the club)

Attend 6 meetings

Work 3 Races and 3 work parties. Work parties are held the day before each race. Also, there may be special work sessions and every once in a while there are dinners (e.g. steak fry) which can always use extra help.

After the above requirements are met, an applicant must wait 6 months to be voted in.

Total dues (including initiation fee) for first year is $100. If voted in Oct-Dec, then first year is $87.50.
- After a new member pays his dues for the first year, the new member will be given a key to the clubhouse.
Riding Privileges: Until a person becomes a member they can only ride as a guest of a current member. After a person becomes a member, then that person obtains riding privileges, but since the person doesn't have a gate key, they must coordinate getting into the club grounds with a member that has a key.

Initiation fee $75

First years dues. If voted in during Jan-Jun $50. If voted in during Jul-Sep $25. If voted in during Oct-Dec $12.50.

Total dues (including initiation fee) for first year are based upon the date that a new member is voted into the club. If voted in during Jan-Jun, then year is $125. If voted in during Jul-Sep, then first year is $100. If voted in Oct-Dec, then first year is $87.50. Second year dues are based upon the date that you are voted in: Jan-Jun $250, Jul-Sep $125 and Oct-Dec $62.50.
- Third and subsequent years dues are $250.
Credits to reduce next years dues are accumulated in the current years as follows:

$20 for scheduled event (e.g. Work session, race, steak fry)
- $10 for unscheduled work
MEMBERSHIP DUES REDUCTION: The most that dues can be reduced down to is $50. (e.g. dues are $250 and a person works 10 events which credits him $200, then his dues will be $50. Dues are $250 and a person works 12 events which credits him $240, then his dues will still be $50).
